How To Make A Homemade Erewhon Coconut Cloud Smoothie
Ingredients And Why :
Avocado : Adding frozen avocado makes the smoothie creamy and rich in good fats.
Banana : A must-have ingredient for smoothies to make them sweet and thick. Don’t forget to freeze your banana !
Coconut Cream : You need thick coconut cream for this, so keep it in the fridge overnight to make it fluffy and creamy. Don’t use coconut milk, only coconut cream.
Blue Spirulina : The smoothie gets its stunning blue color from spirulina. It’s a green superfood that also comes in a blue form. It is also a source of protein and other nutrients. You only need a small amount!
Almond Milk : It has a mild and refreshing flavor that can complement other ingredients.
Almond Butter : Adding almond butter to the smoothie may help to add protein, healthy fats and nutty flavor.
Vegan Protein Powder : Add more protein to your smoothie . It may have some benefits for your skin, hair, nails, bones, joints and gut health .
Vanilla Stevia : Instead of vanilla stevia, you can also sweeten it with something else, but it will have a little more vanilla taste. Add some vanilla extract too if you use a different sweetener.
Vanilla Extract : It will give your smoothie a yummy and fragrant vanilla taste that can make other flavors better.
