SMOOTHIE OR NICE CREAM ?

Smoothie Nice Cream is an ice cream that has been given a healthy makeover.  This nutritious dessert is DELICIOUS, naturally sweetened with fruit, and comes together in a couple of minutes in your blender or food processor with just three or four ingredients . It’s also Paleo, vegan, and kid-friendly ! Today  we will try three  recipes two Nice Cream and one smoothie  .

Nice Cream 1 

Total time: 5 mins
Dietary preferences: Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free

Ingredients :

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 1 handful of frozen strawberries
  • 0,1l of coconut milk

Method : 

Blend all ingredients at least 1 minute until smooth and enjoy!

Nice Cream 2 

Total time: 5 mins
Dietary preferences: Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free

Ingredients :

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 handfuls of frozen strawberries
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful of frozen raspberries
  • 0,1l of almond milk

Method : 

Blend all ingredients at least 1 minute until smooth and enjoy!

Smoothie 

Total time: 5 mins
Dietary preferences: Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-free

Ingredients :

  • 2 handfuls of strawberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of raspberries
  • 2 dates
  • 0,2l of water

Method : 

Blend all ingredients at least 1 minute until smooth and enjoy!
