- 1 apple (medium)
- 2 handful of baby spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 0,3l (~10oz) of coconut milk
- 6 pitted dates
Apple and cucumber should be peeled and diced.Remove the stone from the avocado by cutting it in half.Chopped the dates roughly. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
