  • Saturday Night Fever: 1 orange, 1 banana, 2cm of ginger, 2 dates, half a cucumber, 2 handful of salad, 2 tsp of goji berries, 1 tsp of wheatgrass powder, 0,3l of water
  • Smoothieta: 1 mango, 1 kiwi, 1 handful of salad, 1 handful of radish leaves, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 0,3l of water

 

Juices

  • Carrot Juice: Juice 8 carrots, 2 apples, 1 orange and a 3 cm of ginger
  • Celery Juice: A bunch of pure celery is juiced, alternatively you can add one cucumber or a lemon
  • Cinnamon Power: 0,3l of warm water, half a tsp of cinnamon powder, the juice of a lime or lemon 
  • Lemon Juice: The juice of a lemon, 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup, 0,3l of warm water
  • Peppermint Juice: Pour 15 leaves of fresh mint with 0,4l of boiling water and let it get cold. Sweet with honey and add the juice of half a lemon.
  • Pomegranate Juice: Juice 3 pomegranates, add the juice of half a lemon and 0,2l of (sparkling) water

 

Shots

  • Green Power: 1 tsp of wheatgrass powder, 1 tsp of chlorella or spirulina, the juice of half a lemon, mix it with 0,1l of water
  • Purple Power: 1 tsp of aronia or acai berry powder, the juice of half a lemon, mix it with 0,1l of water
  • Pineapple Energizer: 2cm of ginger, 2 handful of pineapple and 0,2l of water. Blend it all until smooth, this makes 2 shots.

 

Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl is not drunk, but spooned. The bowl is prepared with less liquid than a smoothie and by adding oatmeal, flaxseed or chiaseed it will become a pulpy mass. Blend all ingredients at least one minute until smooth and decorate the bowl with fresh or frozen fruits, nuts, seeds, grated coconut or chocolate chips.

  • Berry Bowl: 3 handful of mixed berries, 1 (frozen) banana, 1 apple, 3 dates, 2 tbsp of oatmeal, 1tsp of chia seeds, 0,1l of water

          Topping : Puffed quinoa, 1tsp of grated dark chocolate

  • Mango Bowl: 1 mango, 1 (frozen) banana, 1 orange, 2 dates, 2 tsp of chia seeds, 0,1l of unsweetened almond milk

          Topping : (Frozen) berries, almond slivers, coconut chips

  • Green Bowl: 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 3 tbsp of (soya) yoghurt, 0,1l of almond milk, 1 handful of spinach, 1 handful of kale

          Topping : Almond and coconut chips, blueberries and kiwi slices

  • Coconut Bowl: 3 tbsp of lowfat (soya) quark, 1 handful of coconut chips, 2 handful of raspberries, 1 banana, 1 tbsp of honey, 2 tbsp of flaxseeds, 2  tbsp granola, 0,1l of water
         Topping : Raspberries, granola, coconut chips
  • Yoghurt Bowl: 150g greek yoghurt or soy joghurt, 1 mango, 0,1l of almond milk (or other milk), 4 tbsp of oatmeal, 2 handful of mixed berries

          Topping : Berries and mixed nuts

  • Chia Pudding: 0,2l of coconut or almond milk, 2 tbsp of chia seeds, half a tsp of cocoa vanilla or cinnamon, berries or other fruits as topping
