For this delicious smoothie :

  • 1/2 of fennel and fennel green
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 pear
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 of cucumber
  • 0,4 l of water

Blend all ingredients at least one minute to a creamy consistency and then enjoy this very refreshing and filling smoothie full of vitamins and minerals! ??

Have you ever tried this yummy combination? You just need :

  • 1 peeled banana
  • A piece of ginger
  • 1 peeled pomegranate
  • 2 handful of spinach
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 0,3 l of water

Put all ingredients in your blender for at least one minute and then enjoy this super healthy and refreshing drink full of vitamins! Have a wonderful weekend and stay healthy!

How about a delicious and healthy green smoothie today ?

This is all you need:

  • 1 persimmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 mandarins
  • A piece of ginger
  • 2 handfuls of radish leaves (optional lamb’s lettuce or spinach)
  • 1 tsp of chlorella
  • 0,3l of water

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy. Have a great day and stay healthy!

This super delicious smoothie is very filling and can replace a meal.I choose following ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado ?
  • 1 banana ?
  • 1 orange ?
  • 2 handful of lamb’s lettuce ☘
  • Each a piece of ginger and turmeric

I blend all for one minute with 0,3l of water.
