  • 1/2 Banana sliced (Frozen)
  • 1 cup Mango chunks (Frozen )
  • 1/2 cup Kale about 2 handfuls
  • 1/2 cup Spinach about 2 handfuls
  • A piece of Ginger
  • 1 /2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 /2 cup Apple Juice
  • 1 tbsp Almonds about 8 gram
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 scoop Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder about 30g
  • 1 cup Ice
