- 1 cup Pineapple chunks Frozen , 150g
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries about 150g
- 1 small Kiwi chopped
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Apple juice
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds for protein
- 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup about 20g
- 1 cup ice about 6 small ice cubes
I added 1 tbsp of Pure Maple Syrup over the strawberries, then added a splash of water, mixed it up to make a syrup, and then added the rest of the ingredients and blended them together.
