  • 1/2 large Banana Frozen
  • 2 tbsp 100% Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop Plant Based Protein Powder of your choice about 30g
  • 2 to 3 Dates
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 0.1 l Water
