Ingredients
  

For the OatmealĀ  Porridge you need:

  • 1 Sliced Banana
  • 1 Handful Of Cut Strawberries
  • 1 Handful Of Blueberries
  • 3 Handfuls Of Oat Flakes
  • 1 Handful almonds sliced
  • A Pinch Of Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Of Acai Powder
  • 1 tbsp Of Coconut Flakes
  • 0,3 l Of Unsweetened Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • As perfect starter in the morning you can drink a fresh orange juice, two squeezed oranges cover your daily vitamin c needs, or squeeze half a lemon and add 0,3l of warm (not boiling) water.
    Then wait 30 minutes before having this yummy porridge.
  • Now let the cereals with the milk steep for at least half an hour and then enjoy!
