Ingredients
  

  • 1 large frozen ripe Banana cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 2-4grams
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Some ice cubes
