This delicious immune booster persimmon ginger smoothie made with persimmon , banana ,cinnamon , ginger, lemon and coconut yogurt  is a wonderful, healthy way to help your body to boost his own immune system .  Additionally, this dairy-free recipe is packed with antioxidants , fiber  , vitamin C and more than half the recommended daily intake of vitamin A . It is the perfect superfood breakfast or fall/winter drink !

Ingredients
  

  • 4 soft Persimmons
  • 2 small Banana frozen ,cut into chunks
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger or a small piece of fresh ginger
  • Juice of half a Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 cup Water or more as needed

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined. Have a wonderful day and stay healthy!
