This creamy fiber-rich avocado smoothie recipe made with pineapple , banana ,avocado , flaxseed and lemon  is a wonderful, healthy way to help your body to boost his fiber intake .  Additionally, this vegan dairy-free recipe is packed with protein and more than half the recommended daily intake of fiber . It is the perfect superfood breakfast or fall/winter drink !

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of Pineapple chunks frozen
  • 1/2 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of Flaxseed
  • Juice of half a Lemon
  • 1 cup of water

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more liquid milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined. Have a wonderful day and stay healthy!
