  • 1 handful of Strawberries frozen 1/2 Cup ~ 80 gram
  • 1 handful of Raspberries frozen 1/2 Cup ~ 80 gram
  • 5-6 Basil Leaves about 12 gram
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
  • Water 0.2L

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more liquid milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined. Have a wonderful day and stay healthy!
