Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh Pineapple chunks or frozen
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 cup 100% Lime Juice
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup to replace Turbinado sugar
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • After adding the strawberries, I drizzled 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup over them. Next, I added a splash of water and mixed the syrup until it was well combined.
  • After cutting the pineapple into small chunks , place the pineapple chunks in a blender.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and the lime juice.
  • Finally, add the ice cubes to the blender. The ice will help create a cool and refreshing texture.
  • Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as desired. You can add more maple syrup for sweetness or more ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
  • Once the desired consistency is achieved, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
