- 1 cup fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 cup fresh Pineapple chunks or frozen
- 1/4 cup unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup 100% Lime Juice
- 1 to 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup to replace Turbinado sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes
After adding the strawberries, I drizzled 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup over them. Next, I added a splash of water and mixed the syrup until it was well combined.
After cutting the pineapple into small chunks , place the pineapple chunks in a blender.
Pour in the coconut milk and the lime juice.
Finally, add the ice cubes to the blender. The ice will help create a cool and refreshing texture.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as desired. You can add more maple syrup for sweetness or more ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
Once the desired consistency is achieved, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
