- 2 cups frozen Seedless Watermelon chunks about 0.4l
- 1 cup frozen Strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water unsweetened
- 1/2 Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup to replace Turbinado sugar
- 1 cup ice cubes optional Needed if fresh watermelon is used
- 1 sprig Mint Leaves optional
After adding the strawberries, I drizzled 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup over them. Next, I added a splash of water and mixed the syrup until it was well combined.
After cutting the watermelon into small chunks and removing any seeds or rind, place the watermelon chunks in a blender.
Pour in the coconut water. Coconut water adds a refreshing flavor, but you can substitute it with regular water if needed.
Finally, add the ice cubes to the blender. The ice will help create a cool and refreshing texture.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness as desired. You can add more maple syrup for sweetness or more ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
Once the desired consistency is achieved, pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
