  • 1 Banana Frozen
  • 1 /2 cup Blueberries Frozen
  • 1/4 cup Blueberry Juice
  • 1/4 cup Apple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter about 2 tbsp
  • 1 handfull Spinach about 1/4 cup
  • 2 Dates Pitted
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes or more as needed
