This vegan high protein green smoothie recipe  made with banana , pineapple , baby spinach , unsweetened almond milk ,vegan protein powder and vanilla extract  is a wonderful, healthy way to help your body to boost his own energy and protein intake with about 20 grams of protein per serving . Additionally, this dairy-free recipe is rich in vitamins, minerals and natural sweetness . It is the ideal full meal replacement or healthy snack !

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe Banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks frozen about 80gr
  • 2 cup Baby Spinach about 140gr
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk 240 ml
  • 2 Tbsp Vegan Protein Powder about 30gr
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more liquid milk or water. Blend again until everything is well combined. Have a wonderful day and stay healthy!
